The above Google map picture shows our property in relation to some of the surrounding area. Lake of the Ozarks State Park is due south across from us.
As a buyer one would never have to worry about the the view changing other than the leaves on trees. Party Cove is just 2 short miles away. On major holidays
it is not uncommon for several thousand boats to be in this area down Anderson Hollow. Directly across from us is a cove called Red Bud.
The main channel running across the front of the resort at the entrance to Watson Hollow. Go under the Grand Glaze Bridge and one finds themselves in the main channel of the
lake. 18 miles from the dam. Go to the left and 74 miles up the main channel one will eventually run into Truman Dam.
By land go 2 miles down the lake road. Turn right and less than a half mile down you find the Factory Outlet Mall.
Turn left and cross the Grand Glaze Bridge and 2 or so miles
down you run into City Hall. It's hard to find a more central location in the area then our property offers in Osage Beach.

The map picture below shows a close up of the above picture focused mostly on our prime commercial property at
Central Missouri's Lake of the Ozarks. I have roughly outlined our property in red. The Towers of Park View Bay is located on the right of the
picture and World Mark by Wyndam is located on the left side of our property. Trails End Court is a old road that ran down the middle of our trailer
park many years back. Trails End Court and well as Passover Rd when it comes to our property line is owned by us. The City does NOT OWN it!
Thus as a developer you could change these roads without any problems. Of importance to some, our property lines widen as they are extended out into
the lake.
