This picture was taken from the spectacular lake level view down the Grand Glaize Arm of Lake of the Ozarks, that our land offers. From our commercial property in Osage Beach it is just under two miles by water to party cove located in Anderson Hollow, which runs itself two miles long. On holiday weekends it is not uncommon to see over three thousand boats tied up together with bands competing from houseboats and people partying for 24 hours a day in party cove. As thing are today if you are in a boat that is under 28 feet you will find yourself as a minority as most boats are over 30 feet and up to 50 feet in length.
